What is the maximum allowed ground speed when performing turns during taxi on the 777-200 ? What are the risks involved in exceeding that speed ? Can the a/c roll over ?

How responsive is the 777-200 to control movements (yoke and rudders), as compared to 747 and 767. Does it feel "about as heavy as", or "(much/little) (more/less) heavier than" any of these...

1. after takeoff up to 10,000 ft
2. between 10,000 ft and the cruise FL
