However there is much more chance of this damaged being detected before flight when there is a Professional...

I think it is terrible that there is no refund anyway, but I cannot see how it is legal for the Airline to keep the taxes and charges for a service...

Not sure during a major power failure (just don't call it a blackout as I did := ), but yes to one gate not working, that is how I got into trouble, our Aircraft was taxiing in to our assigned gate...

However at the ITR (International Ramp) it is not allowed, I know because we tried it one day and were told off in no uncertain terms...

Leaving Emirates free to take the much improved A370s. :ok:
