Good that you got it, i found it very helpful, no replacement for the real thing obviously but if you can have the profiles down to instinct that will help, the flap settings and everything are spot...

Not sure of your exact circumstances but i just got the call for a course after my 2nd attempt at the interviews, it took 2 trips to HKG over a number of years but i kept applying and it paid off.

For the record, i agree with FlyingKiwi. XYZ makes you do the work that will assist you when they ask tech questions that go beyond the basic answer, if you just memorize the answers you will get...

When did you interview? I was just over in HKG last week and was also accepted for F/O Freighters. Can anyone tell me where one can get a hard copy of the HKG AIP? 150 pages is alot of printing.
