Quick update,

The Vimy has done a test flight at Dunsfold a short time ago possibly a second one will be done before setting off for Brooklands witin the next hour.

At 28Mhz the Doppler shift rate is less then at 400Mhz
On the low orbiting satellites if we use 28Mhz, this gives us a shift of 5-10khz...
