The only crew that went to AO were QF mainline techies. Ground staff (read qf) outsourced so the only crew recruited from scratch were the cabin crew!!!.

Capts get paid about $90000 nz F/O's a lot less. No super, 4 weeks leave. Sick leave not sure about. But thats just what I've heard.
