The main problem with AEF manning is getting some...

The main problem with AEF manning is getting some of the volunteers to come in and fly! That said, the AEF near me has just launched its 3679th cadet this year just now..!

You cannot be an AEF pilot without a VR(T) commission unless you are a regular QSP or QSN or QS anything for that matter (take note of next). To get that VR(T) commission you have to be recommended...
