Was not a matter of commuting, only a question whether or not it is possible to fly home to Europe for a few days, maybe once every 2 months apart from the 42 vacation days

Astreus only offer line training if you do the rating with them, and it is fairly expensive.

I am about to start either a B737 or A320 type rating course.

I know that most airlines require that you have some experience on type, and that is why I would like to know where I can do 100 hrs...

Has anyone out there attended the selection at Tyrolean this year? How many new pilots do they need? Are they only hiring pilots fluently in German or is a basic knowledge of the language...
