Axis Control

Emirates use a version of Axis control that they call MACS.

Etihad use RTB from Amadeus.

I think NZ use a very old version of RTZ but not sure if has been updated.

I think that Spain only requires API details for flights originating from non Schengen countries. Netherlands is part of Schengen and that may be why the KLM people were unaware.
