The DC3's had been to Cherbourg on a corporate charter. Something to do with a new computer game. Pax were being dropped off at Biggin so I guess you saw them as they were heading home to Coventry.

It will have been Air Atlantique Classic Flight's Percival Pembroke and DC6 on the way to Dunsfold. The DC6 is staying there to be part of a film and the Pemrbroke was picking up the crew.

I suspect these aircraft have been leased under an ACMI agreement meaning the airline operating the route provides the insurance cover.

G-BUKA, Atlantic's Metro, is not LCY capable.
