Best option I found was with Citibank - they can open a dollar account for you which will give you a cash card to use over there - and the funds deposited here in $USD - usual thigs needed to open it...

Well thanks folks - I looked around when I was there and the option I chose was to rent a Warrior from Orlando Flight Training - did my training elsewhere in Florida and was my first visit to them...
