Qantas UK height restriction for male cabin crew

I've noticed that Qantas UK has a height restriction for male cabin crew: 183 cm. But the thing is that I've met at least 3 male cabin crew, currently employed by Qantas UK, taller than 183 cm.

Quick question...

On aviationjobsearch.com there's a BA-add for cabin crew LGW and LHR. When you look at BA's own website there's no word of LHR... I'm kind of interested in BA LHR.
