I know of a case where the crew tried a 3-out scenario in the sim during an approach. Third one was cut just after glideslope interception. With the 4th one firewalled the aircraft made the runway....

If you have an FAA logbook you cannot validate your logbook simply because no such requirement exists under FFA regs. Your signature on every page serves as validation that all statements are true....
