I'm in the BA hold pool at the moment, having been informed I can wait until I have 2000 hours and take 777 ( will take around 6-7 months at current rate of flying) or go short haul LHR right away.

You can look at getting about an extra 10k gross for sector pay. Basic salary is 40799 so at least 50k gross overall.

I take home 2800-3000 month and this equates to over 50k
