Thanks for that info. I have actually removed my dial up modem so there's no chance I shall be using dial up. May as well get rid of Onspeed as it seems to cause problems when it occasionally fails...

I installed Onspeed when I was using dial up and found it did improve access speeds considerably. I have now moved on to 1Mb/s broadband. Does Onspeed make any difference or should I uninstall it?
