With the ground pin installed in the side brace It shouldn't collapse with out either of the actuators fitted (Main and lock)...Why tow ?? Make sure all Hydraulic lines are blanked before...

This is where it gets "Complicated"...Manual as opposed to Electrical operation in this case..Also certain "operators" have a Larger list of Mels' then others..so MMels as opposed to Mel's depends on...

I've just been informed that it blew a cylinder to-day and had to fly for 30 minutes before landing at Surabaya Indonesia ..Glad all are safe.

Hmmm "trailing edge or leading edge flaps ??"..Due to the effects that the leading edge is "Initially faster" The COP does momentarily move forward..Then as Chesty has answered its a catch up..
