Thanks a lot for your feedback. I think it can be also interesting to train for instance on the FMC or get used to displays and FMA modes.

You think the Cockpit companion is better at first than MRG 737 book? I think MRG is more for non normal event.

It would be interesting to have some feedbacks from people who have been hired by Ryanair in the last year or 2. Are they happy with the training, conditions, salary, base etc..

You'll start straight from the runway, engines running. You will need to set NAVAIDs frequencies (not comms).
Do your departure briefing, ask for clearance and off you go !
