is it a fact that boeing/renton did not remove and reinstall the door plug on the Aircraft in question? Verified? or is this a general Boeing Renton SOP?

Dimension between fore and aft roller pins would be interesting. If too wide may be indicative of roller pins disengaged even with lock bolts present. Should be a controlled dimension.

Need the door itself to answer most questions. Dimension between LH and RH upper roller guides ( existing opening) would be of interest. Too far apart implies too wide of a door opening.

Yeah initially couldn't find the fan blades. Duct visible beyond where the FB should be. Finally realized the the FB's will burn and they were gone. I'm old school w/little composite experience.

i used to cover airline and Part 91 corporate operators with on site engine performance and support before retirement. I
can attest that a mismatched parameter will drive operators bonkers....
