About the HK pilot licenses that the cadets receive from the course in Adelaide, is it possible to convert them to FAA, or other foreign licenses?

I meant direct entry Second officers, not First Officers. Doesn't he have the same qualifications as those ex-cadets at CX when entering as a S/O? Cadets also get their CPL Multi IFR that is around...
