From what I can tell, the only thing they really want to see is that you have done at least a couple of hours or orientation flights to prove that you are interested and comfortable in a small plane....

Not sure if the assessment will be the exact same for FTE as Aer Lingus have been running their own assessments for a few years now, and even at that, the platform had a few new functions...
