Airbus cold weather operation

In case in cold weather operation, after we ve landed , we couldnt retract the flaps until the engineer is fully inspected the aircraft , who are the one responsible to retract the flaps afterwards....

Deice responsibility

For airbus , if we leave the flap extended until parked. Do we need to wait for engineer inspection to deice or we can leave the aircraft and let the next set crew do the deicing part and retract the...
