21k base salary after BT, then you get 16 pounds per sector hour after safety pilot release, then you get the normal contract, which is about 65k per year including sector pay and productivity bonus.

I got the email 24h after, and phone call 12 days after email. A friend of mine got his email 2 weeks after but the phone call almost straight after the email.

20s to prepare for the question, 1min to answer. Everyone I know had the same HR questions. For ATPL just do as many questions as you can from the books or a question bank.

You'll be fine if you take someone who's known you for less than 5 years, most of my friends did that (if you're a young cadet who went straight to flight training you don't have much choice anyway)....
