Can anyone weigh in does having a non EASA license help or hurt the chance of being accepted? I heard some places want "fresh" minds so candidates will all be more consistent in procedures.

I think I am OK but I heard half of the people are cut at each screening phase, so if I'm not in the top 50% I'm afraid of getting kicked out?

I am AWFUL at mental math, I'm trying to improve it but I hear half the applicants are screened out. is it worth even bothering as I will never be in the top tier at that subject?

What's happened to those who failed the assessments?

I read that on EVERY airline assessment at least around 50% of candidates are thrown out on the first few stages.

I'm assuming some of them are still on this forum. What did they end up doing?...

I'm not a big fan of them but why the hate? If you're in an industry that doesn't care and it makes you feel like you're "expressing" yourself I can see why someone would get one.
