Yeah I've had the medical but needed one bit of follow up completed which I sent to them weeks ago so just wondering when you hear in that instance, not sure how long it takes.

Did you get an e-mail from NATS or the UKVS to say that you'd received clearance?

Also, did NATS inform you when you're medical has been fully signed off?
