Totally agree. Too long living in Dubai for many has made them grow up into big babies and now they are completely lost in the real world (some of those made redundant.)

Yes we had many years of updates from the company saying they were not struggling with recruitment. And plenty of people wanted to come despite offering “enhanced packages”for a “stint”

We did have a few prop pilots for a short while...

We did have a few prop pilots for a short while but it upset the Southern Hemisphere lot so they just kept failing em in training! Failure rate was really high.
