I do about the same as you on Fokker 50, although i remember doing 100+ hrs a month. Maximum is up to 6 sectors a day. Normal shift is 4.

I use the Sennheiser ANR HMEC with flexible boom. Itīs perfect and i regret it that i did not buy it any sooner. Sunglasses are no problem at all with me. Even long sector days doesnīt give problems....
