As Embraer has received its type certificate for the second and biggest aircraft in its E2 series,,, Also Brazil, US and Europe granted approval.
So it could be cost effective for commuter flights...

I would suggest, try contacting Asian Academy of Aeronautics, they have qualified Flight and Ground Instructors. Also they do provide PPL, CPL/IR/MER, ATPL GS as well as FIR with Flight Instructor...
