POBEDA is very succesfull at EBOS. The Russian low cost operator is offering OSTEND-BRUGHES 3 times a week from VKO.
The average loadfactor is 80% or around 150 pax per flight.

According to VLM (regional) its all a mistake as they didn't apply for slots at MAN.
So perhaps we are looking at the wrong VLM and VLM(Brussels) have applied for slots this summer.

Ryanair used 21 times, in their 8 months operations at OST, a BAe 146-300 from Buzz airlines.
Mostly in October 2003.

Antwerp and Ostend have a different type of pax, business vs leisure.
