I hope so. The course manager has 15 working days to declare whether or not I have a recourse, or whether I'm kicked out. If the latter, I can appeal it as per their process.

@Aviation67 - I've not heard from NATS at all since the conditional contract was sent out. I was hoping for some further learning material to be sent out, as they hinted at in the correspondence....

I'm in the same position exactly. Not too worried, still two months away. I'll probably give it until 1st May before chasing them. Congrats by the way and look forward to meeting you on the course.
