If you're looking for a total commercial point of view, the brakes win any time.

Usually it's a combination of both. The restricting factor for reverse use for me is mostly noise consideration.

I found that when I use Send/Shortcut to Desktop with the pages concerned and then save all those shortcuts to a folder of their own (say, "My WebIcons") they will usually be maintained. :)

It's hard to identify the noise of the APU from the cabin if you don't know it. But you can definately hear the aircon and the air itself coming out of the vents.
