Hello All,

According to NOTAM of RPLL, Why the ILS U/S?

As I know if the ALS out in MNL APO, only the minima will be calculated higher than normal ops .

so I can't understand why the ILS U/S...

As I mentioned above title, I can't figure out if the ALS out, why we need to apply CMV instead of RVR for RJFF(fukuoka airport) ?
