What's the pre requisite? Surely you wouldn't' have gotten this far through life without being able to use enough English to get you a job at Qantas.

I'd put money on some of the pilots here at QF...

Dangerous spot up there. Always busy with student pilots. Used to fly the Q400 in there and remember it being a nightmare getting through on the CTAF with Taree and Port on the same freq.

Yeah the NZ guys do an Aus QantasLink ground school. So the ground schools are a mix of NZ and Aus pilots.
