I think people who had rejection emails were told...

I think people who had rejection emails were told they couldn’t reapply for six months from the date of application. Not sure if that same thing would apply to those who attended the final assessment...

I agree with the sentiment of not conning them, but not preparing an answer to why you want to be a pilot would be ridiculous. A scheme with such a high number of applicants for small number of jobs...

Even though they’re done the exact questions shouldn’t really be shared. FTE May still be using them for general admissions or other schemes such as Aer Lingus etc. You shouldn’t really need to know...

Ah fair enough! I guess they’re still doing a lot of work processing applications and some feedback for people may come out at a later date when they have a bit more capacity.

I think when they said those who get through to waterside they were referring to the final stage, given that FTE individuals didn’t go to waterside for their interviews.

Someone sounds bitter because they didn’t progress. Those who went Skyborne are also going to waterside for interview, and will then go there if they get through that stage for a BA assessment.

I’d like it to be lower to improve my chances but I remember reading that Tui interviewed 2000 for half the number of jobs, and probably fewer applicants. I’m sure we will find out soon enough though.

I assumed it might involve a group Exercise and potentially a bit of sitting around waiting to be interviewed. I guess it all depends on how many people there are at each session.
