I went straight in as a Dispatcher at MAN.....I had a CPL at the time but it didnt mean diddly!!

Come the summer there'll be lots of Dispatch jobs goin so you should be well placed for the move!!

Modular or integrated? Modular all the way.......You might have the money to do the course but will it be good enough to get you...

I did the same thing........fortunately for me i got the call for an interview half way through my MCC.

I know of someone who got a job without an MCC and did their MCC in the interim...
