I don't have more details or information other than what the Op Spec H103 states, which is the problem. It has a table simply stating the minimum HAT for a DME ARC (any light configuration) is 500'....

Does anyone have a reference as to what is meant in FAA Op Spec H103 as to the meaning of "DME ARC any light configuration", which lists a minimum HAT of 500'? It seems "DME ARC" means different...
