Mine is Infinity 2 from BT with a speed of upto 76 meg....I live about 20ft away from the cable cabinet and that is about 200ft away from the exchange

I get average 35-45 meg

Get in touch with BT and demand the new hub...Home Hub 6.....its vastly improved on the faulty Home Hub 5 and they know they are faulty so they should give you the latest variant...
