I understand that my ICAO license can't convert to FAA.
Then can convert to EASA B1?.

I live in korea now and work in AIRFORCE. I really want to work in UAE but UAE...

Dear Engineers
I live in korea and have Aircraft maintenance license Type II of ICAO.
I would like to know can Icao license type2 convertble to FAA A&P or EASA B1 ?
