Any one of the schools mentioned would provide you with the qualifications to get taken on as a P2 in the north sea. However, I would reccomend Starpeed. I've used them for various bits of training...

I've recently completed CPL ME IR (2015). The best advice I would give you if you are set on doing it is go to the US, it is MUCH cheaper. Do an FAA licence and then convert to EASA....
