At the interview do you get to state which base you would like or do they advise where they need FO's?

On average how long does the modular router take to get a fATPL?
Do people recommend schools in Poland I.e Bartolini over training schools...

I've spoken to a few FOs based at EDI and they were modular students who were cabin crew. One if which only started flying on the line a few weeks ago and went through Flybe directly.
