I think personality tests are about roughly 100 questions on things like; are you a team player, are you outgoing etc.

Do you have an interview with Icelandair too?

That's what I understand personality tests to mean too but there are apparently 4 exams which leads me to believe they mean aptitude type tests as I can't believe there would be 4 tests as you have...

That's my understanding of personality tests too but as there are 4 exams, I assumed they actually meant personal tests and they were more like apptitude tests as surely you can't have 4 personality...
