Holding Indian CPL without IR rating

As i hold Indian dgca license without IR rating.... Now I wanna take IR rating

1) 20hrs + on aircraft
2) 20hrs on sim
3) do they require 50hrs x-country for last 5yeas too ?

as it is not...
