I just can say that Dusseldorf isn't doing that bad, with an average PAX of 18 on DUS-BLL (about 56% LF) in the last 6 months.

Surprised they stopped the route already, because except of January and February, the load factor wasn't bad in 2015.
But maybe the March was also not that good and the first weeks of April...
