Requirements for Flight Dispatcher in India

Hello. I have an FAA CPL. Still in the conversion of the same to Indian CPL.

I wonder if one needs a CPL to be a Flight Dispatcher. I am a bit hazy on this issue. Can anyone please shed light on...
