50-70 is in my opinion even a low estimate since they stopped silkair intakes, direct entries and have quite a large pilot body, they will need around 70-100 a year for replacements only. Not to talk...

Actually it has been open for a short time last year but only for internal applicants within SIA. How do I know? I personally saw applicants in the assesment centre in SIA training centre last year....

Several of my friends in Jetstar went trough the Oxford MPL program. In the beginning money might be a bit low but it will soon increase and its a better idea then doing a non sponsored cpl.

I would say this is aimed to attract Singaporeans to CTC, caas license is not much use outside of Singapore or if you are a non resident. Would be a safer bet to go for one of the cadet schemes for...
