Flight school

I think you shouldn't go to the US unless you plan to work there. They are FAA. EU are ATPL program. If you plan to work in Europe, oxford is one of the best I think.

Thanks guys, I think I figure out what is going on. The direction of the great circle path can go east or west. It is measure against the meridians in the diagram.
