The thing about our DGCA is that our syllabus is based on Europe's standards and America's FAA has it's own standard....

I think no airline has it's own sim. For e.g GoIndigo has tie up with CAE/NFTI for A320 rating.

Yes, your research is correct. Too many unemployed pilots lying around and the cost of training is increasing year by year.

I'd advice you too go for a degree then look into pilot training....
