Is this real, has anyone flown with "Quality Fly" in Spain?

I have been shopping around for the most affordable EASA PPL course and found many in the £4-5k GBP region, mainly in eastern Europe and some with very positive reviews.

Thanks for the info. Much appreciated. Honestly don't understand how some of these UK flight schools compete. They are charging virtually double compared to US and Polish flight schools.
