But after a year how do you know if you’re still eligible to be called. Does QR notify you that you’re still in the pool, or do you assume you still are. Or do you assume that you’re not?

I have been in the holding pool for 9 months, I have a friend that has been in the holding pool since Feb 2023, and another since May 2023. I am not sure what the exact reason for being in the pool...

Anyone know if they’ve opened up recruitment onto the 777 / 787 for DEC’s. I know they were hiring onto the 737 for DEC’s and doing internal upgrades. Or any future plans to?

I have it from a reliable source - EK experiences over 65% divorce rate among pilots.

I have it from a realible source the amount is 80%-90% amoungst western crew.
