Mach number decrease with fuel burn

Hi,

I’m curious about how this table is read. If we set a CI 10 for example and using ECON cruise speed. With fuel burn and decreasing weight, would our mach number slowly decrease?

Looking at GCRR ILS Z rwy 03. The MAPt is at D1 IRR. Using CAT C DA 459 would you fly straight ahead to D1 IRR then turn right or turn right at DA 459?
