Fuel Injection Icing

I don't know if it is for icing reasons, but every modern fuel injected car I have ever seen has coolant passages to warm the intake manifold.

I would love to read a discussion comparing the 350B2 and the 500F. You mentioned high/hot conditions requiring more than the 500E, wondering why your unit didn't go with the 500F.

Maybe we need a wing that is centered under the fuselage, so that is it "hidden" from the rotor at hover, though I suppose that in forward flight regimens a wing underneath could have it's airflow...
