Tower will keep the Go-around traffic on TWR...

Tower will keep the Go-around traffic on TWR frequency until clear of any conflicting ( or potentially conflicting) traffic, then they will change over to Departure 123.8.

"Unrestricted climb" appears perfectly sensible but it can have upstream implications, so its use causes controller angst....
